29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76cm) whichever is less were not equipped with one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a) 2044 Hwy 32, Saugerties, NY - on June 26, 2017, and at times prior, temporary stairways in building #3 and #6, were not equipped with stair rails, employees were not protected from falling while ascending or descending a 10 foot high stairway.

Guardrail system criteria are contained in Subpart M of this part. a) 2044 Hwy 32, Saugerties, NY - on June 26, 2017, and at times prior, the top landings for the temporary stairways in building #3 and #6, were not equipped with a complete guardrail system.
