These requirements are in addition to any other requirements for equipment grounding conductors. Location: 197 23rd St Brooklyn NY entire site On or about: June 22 2017 a) Employer used electrical power from adjacent property to power work site and to energize grinders, table saw and temporary lights throughout the site. Employees used flexible cords to energize the grinders, table saws, and temporary lights without being provided a GFCI.
