29 CFR 1910.145(f)(7): Warning tags were not implemented to warn employees of a hazard level between "Caution" (a minor hazard situation) or "Danger" (major hazard situation): a) On or about June 15, 2017, at the above located workplace, employees were required to work with, near and/or under a leaking steam line. The employer did not ensure that warning tags were used to notify employees of an immediate hazard. The employees were thereby exposed to hazards associated with contact with hot water and/or steam condensate.
