Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about June 26, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing and roofing activities from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 13.1 feet to the ground below.  b)  At Lot 59 Lodgepole Ct. Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about June 26, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the tops of ceiling joists without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet to the floor below.

Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about June 26, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use the top step of step ladder to gain access to the top of ceiling joists exposing them to a fall hazard of up to 9 feet to the floor below.
