29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours:  a)  23 Livingston Lane, Lancaster, Pennsylvania - On April 10, 2017, the employer failed to report the hospitalization of an employee within 24 hours for a work-related left kneecap dislocation with multiple torn ligaments.  The employer reported this hospitalization to OSHA on or about June 20, 2017, after confirming the reporting requirement information presented at a mid-June conference.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
