29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Line 6 and 7 Mold Distribution Machine-On or about June 22, 2017 and at times prior to, the employer did not develop, document or implement specific procedures for employees required to rethread the plastic film, and service Mold Distribution machines, as a result exposing employees to struck-by, caught-in, and struck by hazards. Caesarstone Technologies USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.147 (c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193116, citation number 1, item 3a and was affirmed as final order on May 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Caesarstone Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia.
