29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about June 27, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 7 feet while working on top of and across the wooden vaults. The employees store and gather materials on top of the wooden vaults and were not protected with a fall protection system.

29 CFR 1910.141(b)(1)(i): Potable water was not provided in all places of employment, for drinking, washing of the person, cooking, washing of foods, washing of cooking or eating utensils, washing of food preparation or processing premises, and personal service rooms: a) On or about June 27, 2017, and at times prior, employees were not provided with potable water at the warehouse area. The employees working at the warehouse area do not have any potable water available for drinking.
