The most recent occurrence of this was observed on June 26, 2017 at the new home being built at 8902 N. 169th Ave, Bennington, NE where the employer has a crew of 4 employees using pneumatic nail guns to secure roof shingles without wearing any eye protection.

The most recent occurrence of this was observed on June 26, 2017 at the new home being built at 8902 N. 169th Ave, Bennington, NE where the employer has a crew of 4 employees using an aluminum ladder that was not extended a minimum of 3 feet over the eave of the home.
