29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l):    On or about June 26, 2017, employees were required to operate powered industrial trucks as part of their routine job duties.  The employer did not provide training to employees that were required to operator the powered industrial trucks to prevent stuck by hazards.    Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with requirement of 29 CFR 1903.19 (c).
