29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck was moved when the boom was elevated in a working position with men in the basket and was not specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (a)(1) and (2) of this section. Outside Building 206: Two employees inside an elevated aerial lift basket, about 12 feet above ground, were moving the aerial lift across a 1:1 slope.
