This condition exposed employees to struck-by and explosion hazards.

29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour. The employer did not ensure that unsecured oxy-acetylene bottles (also missing valve protection caps) inside a building were separated at least 20 feet or equipped with a noncombustible barrier meeting the requirements of the standard. This condition exposed employees to struck-by and explosion hazards.
