29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: a) On or about 06/29/17, on the low slope front canopy roof of a house located at 7192 Pendale Circle, North Tonawanda , NY: Two employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a fall of approx. 10 ft. to the ground. One of the employees was wearing a full body harness, but was not tethered to anything. The second employee was not even wearing a harness. No fall protection system was utilized on this portion of the house roof. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
