29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement. Concrete pad, OPS building, SATCOM project site: Employees worked adjacent to unguarded #5 rebar which were thirty two inches high from ground level. Employees were exposed to impalement hazards.
