Site- Employees operating the two Harris Graphics 500 HT printing presses were not protected from amputation and severe laceration hazards where in running nip points and rotating parts contained in the ink stations and bindery had barrier guards removed or were opened while the presses were in operation.    c. Site- Employees operating the Sanden 921 printing press were not protected from amputation and severe laceration hazards where in running nip points and rotating parts contained in the ink stations and bindery had barrier guards removed or were opened while the press was in operation.
