29 CFR 1926.850(a): An engineering survey was not performed by a competent person to determine the conditions of the framing floors and walls and the possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations:  A.)  C4 Interiors, LLC, on or about June 27, 2017 and times prior thereto:  Employees were demolishing parts of the building including, but not limited to, a first floor wall.  An engineering survey was not conducted prior to the removal of the wall.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  A.)  C4 Interiors, LLC, east stairway, on or about June 27, 2017 and times prior thereto:  A stairway with 19 risers was not equipped with a stairrail system on the left unprotected side.
