29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: (a) On or about June 17, 2017, at a jobsite located at 7950 Ohio Drive, Plano, TX, at least one (1) employee was video recording the concrete work process while standing on top of a scaffold system. The employee was not protected from falling to the lower level of approximately 20-feet.
