29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a)18 Colonial Rd., Milford, MA: On or about June 22,2017, several employees were observed roofing this residence without any fall protection, more than 20 feet above the ground below. Aspen Contracting, Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR 1926.501 (B) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1187640, citation number 1,item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at5741 Whiskey River DR., Colorado Springs, CO.
