Employees working on the ground did not protect their heads from falling or flying objects that could cause physical harm.

On or about June 29, 2017 at or near 6752 Hilo Ave, Benton, AR 72019, the employer did not provide safety glasses to employees operating nail guns during framing construction. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards from flying objects that could cause physical harm to their eyes.
