29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulleys with parts seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): (a) Consolidated Container Company LLC at 3865 North Grape Street Denver, CO: On and before 6/29/2017, the employer did not ensure the pulley located on the operator side of the Uniloy Model # 10026 blow mold cutting machine was sufficiently guarded. The pulley was approximately 18 Inches off the ground. The lower half of the pulley was not guarded which exposed employees and amputation hazards.
