On or about at 7/6/17 located at Lot 115. 740 Harcombe Way, Alpharetta, GA 30004: Employees were framing the roof and installing the roof plywood on an house that was under construction while working at the edges of the roof opening hole opening, the employer did not ensure that guardrails or floor hole coverings was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 10 - foot.

On or about at 7/6/17 located at Lot 115. 740 Harcombe Way, Alpharetta, GA 30004: Employees were observed installing plywood on the roof of a house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to 30 - foot on the 6/12 pitch roof.
