On July 6, 2017 and at times prior, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from flammable gas concentrations in enclosed trailers during unloading of polyethylene products.  On July 6, 2017, an employee was injured while unloading a trailer of polyethylene products when the atmosphere of the trailer ignited from an explosive concentration of the flammable blowing agent.
