29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025: a) ARC room, On or about 5/15/17: An ARC room supervisor was exposed to lead at 0.0091 mg/m^3 of lead during the 312 minute sampling period. A zero increment was included for the 168 minutes not sampled. The employee was not provided with information on appendices A & B of the OSHA Lead standard, 29 CFR 1910.1025. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
