29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: USPS Greensboro NDC: On or about June 29, 2017, the employer did not develop and implement a complete hazard communication program for employees engaged in concrete milling operations, mixing and applying of epoxy resins and hardeners that contained hazardous components such as, but not limited to silica dust (carcinogen), tetraethylenepentamine 25%, oxirane, 10%, and 1,2 aminethyl piperazine. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
