29 CFR 1910.307(c):     Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:    The employer is failing to protect employees from a fire and explosion hazard.  This was most recently documented on June 27, 2017 at 15 Mars St, Alda, Nebraska at the mobile mold cleaning station.  This equipment had an electrical installation used to power the pump for the solvent reservoir that was not of an electrical class and division that was appropriate for the solvent being used.   The Solvent according to the SDS being stored in the mold cleaning station was a flammable liquid, category 4 (Flashpoint 140 degrees Fahrenheit or above).

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):     Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    The employer is failing to train employees on the hazardous chemicals used in the work place resulting in potential inhalation and dermal exposures.  This was most recently documented on June 27, 2017 at 15 Mars Street, Alda Nebraska in the mold cleaning area(s).  The employer failed to train employees when initially assigned on chemicals such as but not limited to Mold Saver, Mold Cleaner, Mold Grease, Enamel and Lacquer Paint, Ethanol, Acetone, WD-40 and Propane.
