29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)    On or about July 7, 2017, the employer had not developed a respiratory protection program for the employees who are required to wear respirators when cutting and installing paver bricks. This process exposes the employees to silica dust which can affect the employees respiratory track.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)(a)  On or about July 7, 2017, at the above jobsite, the employer did not have a Hazard Communication for the employees exposed to at least silica dust and gasoline. Silica dust and gasoline vapors can affect the respiratory track.

On or about July 24, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not have safety data sheets for at least the silica dust produced when cutting pavers or for the gasoline used to power the saw used to cut pavers.
