29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Facility, 514 W. Wayne Street, Butler, PA: On or about July 10, 2017 the employer did not have an energy control procedure for the SLS2000 inserting machine to ensure that employees who perform any servicing or maintenance of the equipment understood how to control any potentially hazardous energy.
