29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employees to use appropriate hand protection when employees hands were exposed to hazardous condition(s):     (a) On or about July 7, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees working with wet Quikrete,  which contains Portland cement, a caustic material that can cause irreversible skin burns, were properly protected from skin contact while troweling without the appropriate gloves.
