29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards when painting a commercial structure. This was most recently documented at 2710 Dan Ave, Lincoln NE, on or about June 27, 2017 when an employee was observed raising himself in an aerial lift while not wearing a body belt with lanyard attached.
