29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the location of 22600 South Harrison, in Spring Hill KS, employees engaged in framing new construction activities on the second floor area were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling.  The RCC Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA inspection number 889683 citation 1 item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 211 Volunteer Street Maryville, MO 64468.
