NOTE: Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; this evaluation shall include a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazard(s) and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. a) On or about July 10, 2017 or prior thereto: The employer did not evaluate the workplace for alfalfa dust exposure as respirable and total dust. OSHA sampling on July 13, 2017 was conducted for respirable and total dust. Neither sample was over the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) for total or respirable dust for the period sampled. NOTE: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
