WELLSPAN HEALTH WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION STANDARD OR IT'S EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1904.39(a)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1204792, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON FEBRUARY 28, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL, 4TH AND WALNUT STREET, LEBANON, PA.
