Entrance to basement found to have water damage and excessive mold growth.

Signs required by paragraph (j) of this section may be posted in lieu of labels so long as they contain the information required for labeling.      Throughout the basement of 527 Belmont Avenue Springfield, MA: On or about July 11, 2017, the employer had not attached labels or signs to asbestos containing thermal system insulation (TSI) material installed on heating pipes warning employees of its presence.    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
