Workers were observed installing shingles on a residential style construction site (house) without utilizing fall protection.  The employees on the roof were wearing harnesses.  The workers were exposed to falls of over 13 feet to dirt and concrete below.  This was most recently documented at 14513 28th Circle, Bellevue, Nebraska on or about June 27th, 2017 when the employer had employees working on the roof of this residence without any form of protective system.

Workers were observed installing shingles on a residential style construction site (house) without utilizing fall protection.  This training would allow each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and allow them to understand the proper procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  The workers were exposed to falls of over 13 feet to dirt and concrete below.  This was most recently documented at 14513 28th Circle, Bellevue, Nebraska on or about June 27th, 2017 when the employer had employees working on the roof of this residence without any form of protective system and had not provided any training to them.
