As such this worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below.     b - 924 East County Line Road, Lakewood NJ: On or about 07/11/17, a site worker was observed walking/working from two planks that were set between two separate scaffold systems.  This walking/working surface was not supplied with any guardrails nor was the exposed worker supplied with alternate fall protection at that time.  As such, this worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 12 feet to the ground surface below.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
