A zero increment was included for the 213 minutes not sampled. Initial fitting on hearing protection was not provided. b) Ammo department, on or about 5/15/17: A BB Line employee from a temporary agency were exposed a dose of 144.0 % or an noise level or a noise level of 92.6 dBA, based on an 8 hour time weighted average, for the 315 minutes sampled. A zero increment was included for the 165 minutes not sampled. Initial fitting on hearing protection was not provided. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
