This violation was discovered on or about August 2, 2017.

29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function. a) In the lamination area, employees were allowed to have facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece on the 3M 6000 Series half-face dual cartridge respirator and the face. This violation was observed on or about July 12, 2017.
