29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a. On or about July 12, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations on a second floor structure, eleven (11) feet three (3) inches feet above the ground, were not protected from falls due to unprotected window openings, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
