On or about July 12, 2017 at or near 2206 Chesapeake Cove, Jonesboro, AR 72404, the employer did not provide safety glasses to employees operating nail guns during framing construction. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards from flying objects that could cause physical harm to their eyes.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(ii): The platform was not planked or decked as fully as possible and the remaining open space between the platform and the uprights exceeded 9.5 inches (24.1 cm):  On or about July 12, 2017 and there prior at or near 2206 Chesapeake Cove, Jonesboro, AR 72404, the employer did not ensure that platforms were fully planked. Employees framing a single family residential building worked on a platform with a single 2inch by 4inch by 8foot plank and had an approximately 12 inches opening to the wall.
