29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a- 23 Binsted Drive, Medford NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when performing roof shingle installation and other related activities from a pitched roof while either wearing full body harnesses with no lanyards attached or while not utilizing any form of fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 07/12/17.    Y & J Arthur Corporation was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081815, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/23/15, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 19, 14 Eydon Court, Medford NJ.    Y & J Arthur Corporation was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 997164, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/18/14, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Wells Drive, Medford NJ.
