On or about July 13, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while performing rigging operations with a 16-foot metal beam to load a flatbed truck with a derrick crane, American Model 9310 with S/N GS19102 was in close proximity to a 7.2 kV overhead-power line.

The ZEP CONSTRUCTION, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989891, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3500 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL.
