29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) a. On or about July 14, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing sheething operations on a roof twenty (20') feet and eleven (11) feet eight (8) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. V5 Construction Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1190034, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 21, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at Lot 22 Clydesdale Drive, Manhattan, IL, 60442.
