29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): The employer shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. a) Extrusion Station BSF07, South stairs: On or about July 13, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a fire extinguisher (Badger 5 Pound Model B5V Serial Number 91009745) was not properly mounted. b) Extrusion Station BSF01, Access Gate: On or about July 13, 2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that a fire extinguisher (Badger 5 Pound Model B5V Serial Number 91009760) was not properly identified.
