CNC Router and the Extrema Rip Saw. On or about July 14, 2017, an employee changed to blade on the Extrema Rip Saw without having and utilizing a documented energy control procedure. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
