29 CFR 1926.62(j)(2)(iv)(A): Within five working days after the receipt of biological monitoring results, the employer did not notify each employee in writing of his or her blood lead level: a) M. Davis & Sons, Inc. - On or about July 27, 2017 and later dates, the employer failed to notify all employees exposed to lead while working at the Johnson Controls, Inc. Mid Oxide Building Addition, Middletown, DE, of their blood lead and ZPP level biological monitoring results.
