29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On July 13, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 23.3 feet while performing roofing work to an existing multi family home. b) On July 13, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing roofing work from pitched roofs located above the entrance doorways having a ground to eave height of approximately 10.4 feet. C Lombardo Installations, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 965261, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 312 Franklin St., Barrington, IL 60010.
