OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing a stunt high fall from a balcony. a) On or about July 12, 2017 employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing a stunt high fall from a balcony. An acceptable feasible abatement measure is to retain an independent safety specialist to advise the employer on safety methods for stunt high falls, and to implement appropriate measures.
