29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: A.) Adam Neal dba Adams Handyman Services, roof of the structure, on or about July 17, 2017 and times prior thereto: An employee was performing work activities that included, but was not limited to, shingling the wall of a witchs hat. An employee was sitting on, and working from, a roof bracket scaffold at a height of 11.5-feet to a lower roof, and 23.5-feet to the ground. The employee was not utilizing a means or method of fall protection.

Adam Neal dba Adams Handyman Services, roof of the structure, on or about July 17, 2017 and times prior thereto: An employee was performing working activities that included, but was not limited to, shingling the wall of a witchs hat. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 10-feet to a lower roof, and 22-feet to the ground. The employee was not utilizing a means or method of fall protection.
