OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from the turbo chef ovens and Hatco, GLO-RAY multi-staging warmer that were not mounted on the rolling portable cart. Location: Store On or about 6/21/17, the employer failed to bolt the two Turbo Chef ovens to the portable rolling cart and failed to locate the Hatco GLO-RAY multi-staging warmer at the proper counter height in accordance with the manufacturers operating manuals and exposed employees that move the cart and clean behind it, to overhead struck-by hazards that were likely to cause lacerations and/or broken bones.
