29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) English Barracks; An orange extension cord was powering a reloctable power tap (surge protector) (which was powering a cash register and credit card machine) and another orange extension cord was plugged into the relocatable power tap (surge protector) which powered a second relocatable power tap (surge protector) (which was used to power bookcase lights). The UL listing states that relocatable power taps are designed to be plugged into an outlet, and not daisy chained and plugged into other relocatable power taps or extension cords. This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.
