29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: the employer used a fall arrest system that allowed an employee to contact the lower surface if they fell. Location: 155 Brewster Street, Bridgeport, CT 06605 Each employee working within and operating an aerial lift was not wearing a fall protection system that was equipped with an adequate fall protection lanyard to prevent contact with a lower walking/working surface.
